Thinking about the relationship between the national and local issues, there is a new perspective in the reasearch of anthropology. that is, the process of a state entering the local place and thefollow historical context. Domestic and foreign scholars have already done a lot of research.Du commented like this, "State and Society" dualism as an analysis model is too reductive, and political science, law, social history and anthropology have already done many efforts to explore the relationship between state and society. In comparison, the first two focus on the overall structure, anthropology studies focus on cultural processes, and social history scholars have been between the two ends , part of them choose the tendency of the former,others choose the tendency of the latter.And the latter tend to be seen as a historical anthropologist.The "gentry theory" of Fei Xiaotong, focuses on structure, Duara's "national brokers" and Philip Huang's "third area" concept admit the gentry as a "bridge" connecting the large traditional and small traditional, and what they concerned about is whose interests the gentry stands for. Considering only the intermediate links, a single dimension can not help too. Harrell and Johnson Kongshao's view of "Confucianism enlightenment ", and XiaoFengxia, David Faure and Lau's view of "structure generation concept" which is used to emphasize local initiative, providing a more sophisticated explanation about the Chinese society how to be structured together, but to tend to a contrary end. In the future,we need to integrate these two theories, and this integration leads to a group dialogue, the "structure and dynamic",which will be closely linked to the development of world anthropology a century. Quoteing words of Pierre Bourdieu, culture is also a power, a symbol power ,which could legitimize the existing social arrangements. This article also considers that legitimacy is the premise of structure stability, through the authority for cultural to reach legitimacy, and thus integration into the existing structure, to achieve structural changes, is the cultural power expression, as a means. Construction of the legitimacy of culture authority serves us a new perspective to explain the specific problems.What this article want to discuss is this process, in the modern , how the state to enter the place, from culture to grasp onto, that is, when the small rural community-based traditional culture conflicts with the great tradition of group,which intervenes into the rural traditional culture, how will the cultural integration, and cultural changes with modern features be possible? Popular speaking, that is, when a kind of cross-cultural factors involved in the local cultural tradition, how will the two cultures to interact and eventually reach some kind of consensus, representatives of a modern,the cross-cultural factors being admiting into local culture traditions, leading to the local cultural change, or cross-cultural factors not being admited by the local cultural and being excluded outof the local traditions. Therefore, in the process of modernization, process of the state entering the local place, namely the process of different cultures how to fight for recognition in the interactive process,with other culture.Based on existing theories, how to consider about the qustion,that different cultures contest for recognition, in the interactive process? Combining Malinowski and Brown's structural functionalism, Redfield's tradition and the traditional theory, Duara cultural network of power theory, Leach's dynamic equilibrium theory and Lau's structured concept of cultural power,this article reach the "dynamic structure"theoretical model. This article want to discuss,in the process of modernization, how state to enter into the local place. From a cultural perspective to consider, in the analysis model, the problem eventually turned into how a great tradition for the state of modern fights for legitimacy of cultural power,from the local cultural tradition, bore by the local place structure. Thinking about the time dimension and the dimension of the logic, for the structural dynamic model to the building of cultural power legitimacy ,this article ultimately selected three different situations, in order to analyze ,in this process,the rule of the building. Zimbabwe situation, reviewing of the modernization process in Zimbabwe,through the phenomenon of civilization hung upside down; the unique modernization model of Kerala, reflected that the intellectuals of Kerala,make efforts to reach the initiative guide to the democracy and authoritarianism state model of modernization; dispute situation in rural China, which fully reflects the intellectual the redistribution to legitimacy of the of cultural power.In such a process,from the distribution on the role of the process, the interaction between state authority and local initiative,and attachment position of the legitimacy of cultural power, the three perspective,we try to make some conclusion on the rule about the building of legitimacy of cultural power. the cultural legitimacy of the law building. We are enlightened that, a strong national strength is a self-run protection to the modernization, and the introduction of cultural perspective, also serves us the new problem-solving perspective in the modernization.
