In the new era,the important role of sports social organizations in meeting the needs of the people is becoming increasingly prominent.It is necessary for Chinese sports social organizations to participate in public sports service to implement the Healthy China strategy.However,due to the lack of self-construction ability of sports social organizations,there are still some deficiencies in service ability and service awareness,as well as conflicts and contradictions with current social system,social norms and cultural understanding,Many sports social organizations are difficult to get the general recognition of society.The problem of insufficient legitimacy of organization has become a prominent obstacle to the development of sports social organizations and even sports undertakings in China.We need to face the crisis of legitimacy of sports social organizations,and find direction and way out for the future development of sports social organizations.This paper selects Beijing Diaboio Sports Association as the research case,and analyzes the construction of organizational legitimacy of Beijing Association of bamboo sports from the perspective of regulation,regulation and culture cognition from the perspective of new institutionalism,using literature,interview and case analysis,And the problems existing in the construction of the legitimacy of the organization are discussed.On this basis,the optimization path of the construction of the legitimacy of the sports social organization and the suggestions for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the sports social organization are put forward.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:First,the internal dimension of the legitimacy of sports social organizations is independent and interdependent.The regulatory legitimacy,normative legitimacy and cultural cognitive legitimacy of sports social organizations exist independently,and their nature is different,so different types and different attributes of sports social organizations have different difficulties in gaining legal resources;Secondly,there are great differences in the construction path of legitimacy in different dimensions of sports social organizations.For example,the attention and support of government departments have a certain impact on the difficulty of sports social organizations to obtain regulatory legitimacy resources;The development of the industry and the professional construction of the profession are the main sources of the legitimacy of the sports social organization norms;The mass participates in a wide range of sports events,and the corresponding sports social organizations can easily obtain the legitimacy of cultural cognition.At the same time,social media plays a certain role in the process of obtaining organizational cultural cognitive legitimacy;Third,the construction of the legitimacy of sports social organizations is facing the problem of insufficient mobilization of overall resources.In terms of government resources,the relevant policy guidance and cultivation resources are relatively lacking;In terms of social resources,industry support and social sponsorship are obviously insufficient;Fourthly,the process of constructing the legitimacy of sports social organizations is a systematic project,which requires joint efforts of all parties.For example,the government can play a policy guiding role and carry out the cultivation of classification and precision;All walks of life should establish a network of sports social organizations with mutual information and improve the evaluation system of organizations;The social organizations of sports should increase the innovation of sports technology and sports events form and expand the participation of the crowd;Through deepening the exchanges and interaction between industry and all walks of life,optimizing the mechanism of social participation and expanding the development space of sports social organizations.
