Research On The Developing Strategies Of Vocational Education Organizationin SHENZHEN

Vocational education, an important component of national education, is crucial to the development of economy and society. Therefore this thesis focuses on the developing strategies for the vocational education in Shenzhen.Firstly, this paper discusses the developing history and present actuality of the vocational education in Shenzhen, and analyzes the existing main problems including small scale and low level of the development,poor contribution to the economic development. Secondly, analyzes the macro-environment in Shenzhen with the method of PEST, and analyzes the opportunities, threatens, strengths, weaknesses through the approach of SWOT. Then, based on the findings, some strategies to develop the vocational education in Shenzhen are put forward, such as reforming the management system, expanding the scale of vocational education, adopting differentiation strategies, enhancing international communication and cooperation, reinforcing the cooperation between adcademic insitutes and enterprises, actualizing forward integration strategies, imporving the quality of education and last but not least, taking an example of a technical college in Shenzhen,analyzes its existing problems, advantages and developing strategies.
