Structure And Difference Analysis Of Contemporary University Students' Employment View

College students'graduate employment view is the stable opinion on career choice, career development's meaning, purpose, and approach; it forms in the process of knowledge learning and social activity. Graduate employment view dominates the expectations, location, selection of career goals and college students'views, mentality and behavior on career. Nowadays, due to the combined influences from the increasingly severe employment pressure and growing colorful values, college students'graduate employment view becomes more complex and more diversified. The structural research to college students'graduate employment view can help us strip the view's elements from the complex appearances, learn the current situation of employment status, and explore deeper problems with specific guidance. Now there is not a unified definition of the structure of college students'graduate employment view because of the lack of the corresponding research. Based on the theoretical research, this study sort out the structure of graduate employment view. This study also does empirical study and difference analysis.To grasp the current status of college students'graduate employment view, this study uses methods of analysis, interviews, questionnaires and statistics analysis, and develops 3 stages: theoretical and hypothesis analysis, the development and the pre-testing of the scale, and the formal testing and the results analysis. This study centers on the two core concepts, college students'graduate employment view, and its structure. The empirical analysis of 799 valid samples from 8 universities gives the conclusions of this study finally.Based on the research to the theory of the college students'graduate employment view and referring to the existing research scale, this study has designed the survey scale for itself. It develops and tests a University Students'Employment View Structure Model. Quantitative methods such as pre-testing, and variance analysis are used to test reliability to the scale, and validity to the University Students'Employment View Structure Model. It also makes specific analysis on the students'gender, birth age, grade, major and specialty, hometown, family economy, parental occupation and other aspects. Evidences have indicated that college students'graduate employment view has obvious differences and new varieties with the time.Based on the results of the empirical analysis, this study has made the initial judgment of the contemporary college students'graduate employment view, pointed out the problems and errors of the employment view, and based on the result of the specific analysis provided the exploratory suggestions in terms of society, schools, families, and college students themselves.
