View On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Employment Of Graduate

In the21st century, with steadily promotion of socialist market economy， our country’shigher educational forms have improved a lot; it experienced from elite form to a popular oneas the effective implementation of the strategy “which is developing the country throughscience and technology”.Considering the overall interests of our country, enrollmentexpansion of colleges and universities has played a very positive role in the development ofsocial demands. While it also leads to some negative effects. It’s a fierce competition forcollege students to be employed. As a result, in order to avoid employment difficulties, manycollege students choose to be a graduate one for further study.However, in recent years, thenumber of master graduate students of our country also rose sharply due to college enrollmentexpansion. Additionally job opportunity is less for them as our country economy is affectedby the global economic recession; so many graduate students are also facing the employmentdifficult problems.Graduate students’ employment not only concerns their future and theprogress of social culture, but also concerns the development and stability of modern societyand economy.Therefore, if we have a comprehensive understanding of the present situation ofgraduate students, we can analyze the problems and reasons specifically. Then some ways willbe found to draw the government, society, university, family and students themselves’ higherattention thus it will be easy to generate right comprehensive employment concept to meet thesocial needs of The Times. It has a great significance on promoting graduate employment. Thecontent of this thesis mainly includes the following five parts:The first part is introduction. It mainly elaborates the research background, researchsignificance, literature review, research ideas, research methods and innovation points of thisarticle.The second part mainly defines the two notions: employment attitude of graduatestudents and their attitude towards to employment education.The third part analyzes thepresent situation of graduate students’ employment attitude from their positive view onemployment and the existing problems of the current situation.The fourth part discusses thereasons of the problem which generated from graduate students’ employment attitude. The thesis presents that the formation and development of graduate students’ employment attitudeare greatly affected by objective factors such as society, university and family; also subjectivefactors which owed by students themselves.The fifth part studies the graduate students’employment attitude education from the college education, social environment, familyeducation and graduate students education itself. It puts forward the specific countermeasuresof graduate student to set up the correct attitude. Through the study of this paper, it hopes toguide right employment concept and provide some correct rationalization suggestions forcollege graduate student to meet the social demands of the new era.
