Research On The Guidance Of University Student's Employment View

In recent years,the number of university graduates has hit record highs.In 2018,it reached 8.3 million.The employment problem of college students has aroused great concern from all walks of life.Whether college students can successfully achieve employment is not only related to the vital interests of millions of college students and their families,but also to the healthy and coordinated development of higher education and the harmony and stability of society.There are many factors that affect college students' successful employment,and the guidance of employment is one of the core elements.This paper sorts out the context of college students' employment concept guidance,analyzes the problems and causes in the process of employment concept guidance,and puts forward many practical and comprehensive countermeasures to guide college students to establish scientific employment view.This article adheres to the guiding position of Marxist theory and conducts a scientific study of the employment concept under the guidance of Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The full text includes four parts.The first part compares and analyzes the employment concept education and the employment concept guidance of college students,and demonstrates that the employment concept guidance is the perfection of the employment concept education.The second part analyzes the current situation of college students' employment concept guidance.They are discussed separately from the progress made by the employment concept and the temporary problems.The progress made by the employment concept includes: the employment concept is more enriched,the employment guidance institutions and teams are more complete,and the means and forms of employment guidance are more diverse;the problems of the employment concept guidance include: the content of the employment concept is more homogeneous The short-term guidance time is not able to take into account the individual differences of college students' career ideals.The third part analyzes the reasons for the problems in the employment concept,mainly from the three aspects of colleges,society and college students.The fourth part puts forward some feasible countermeasures to optimize the guidance of university employment.These countermeasures are perfected from the guidance level of the university,the social support level and the individual ability level to face the employment concept of college students.Studying the employment view of university students helps to improve the timeliness of ideological and political education,enrich the content of ideological and political education,and promote the reform and development of the employment concept of college students.On the other hand,it helps to cultivate college students to establish a scientific concept of employment and alleviate the problem of temporary employment difficulties caused by the deviation of employment outlook.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the guidance of college students' employment view.
