Research On Education Issues Of College Students' Employment View From The Perspective Of Decent Work

With the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education,the transition from elite education to popular education has brought about a sharp increase in the number of college students and a low employment rate of College students.College students are an important new force in China's socialist construction.Whether they can get employment smoothly is not only related to their own future,destiny and social stability and harmony,but also to the advancement of higher education with the times and sustainable development.In this context,a systematic and in-depth study of College Students' employment concept education to adapt to the current employment situation and requirements of China's economic development and social transformation period is the key link to alleviate the employment difficulties of college students in China.Decent work is a concept put forward by the International Labour Organization at the end of the twentieth century.It aims at the rights,employment,social protection and social dialogue of productive workers.This study introduces the relevant theory of decent labor,defines and interprets the concept of decent labor,and carries out a questionnaire survey on the employment outlook of college students in N universities.According to the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey,it is concluded that the current situation of College Students' employment outlook education mainly includes their weak awareness of labor rights,lack of correct guidance of employment viewpoint,insufficient attention to employment guidance and the spirit of entrepreneurship.This paper clarifies the influence of society,universities and families on the education of College Students' employment viewpoint.Based on the summary of the problems and the reasons,this paper puts forward the ideas and countermeasures for guiding college students to establish a scientific employment view through decent work.From the perspective of strengthening the positive guidance of social education: standardize social public opinion,establish a correct employment view;guarantee equal employment,promote a pluralistic employment view;improve employment policies and promote the transformation of employment view.From the perspective of giving play to the leading role of school education: advocating decent work,cultivating a scientific outlook on employment;expanding education methods and improving the employment educationsystem.Starting from the establishment of a correct concept of family education: to create a good atmosphere,raise the sense of responsibility of children;adjust employment expectations,put forward reasonable requirements;encourage self-employment,respect the choices made by children.From the aspect of promoting the self-development of college students,it is proposed that college students should make reasonable evaluations of themselves and motivate themselves with noble employment goals;pay attention to the cultivation of their own employ ability,and hone their comprehensive quality;help college students adjust their employment psychology,Develop a healthy employment mentality.
