The Practical Exploration Of The Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education In Colleges And Universities

As the hot topic both in theory and practice in the field of higher education, innovation and entrepreneurship education originates from America, then it spreads over many countries. In 1986, general education, vocational education and entrepreneurship education are three pass cards for education in the 21 st century in the National Educational Council. In order to meet the needs of building creative country, strengthening competitiveness, improving education and teaching quality, solving the problem of employment and enterprise, our country are developing innovation and entrepreneurship education rapidly. In order to promote innovation and entrepreneurship education, and in April 2010, Ministry of Education, The Ministry of Science and Technology issued Measures Identified about Practice Base for Science and Technology Enterprise for College Students, in May 2010, Ministry of Education issued Proposal about Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of Higher School and College Students Independent Venture. Based on this file, the paper will explore the organizational models and operating mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education, fully mobilizing all positive forces, optimizing results, and improving students'innovation spirit, entrepreneurship awareness as well as entrepreneurship.This paper includes the following aspects:based on related literatures, this paper firstly analyze the research background, purpose, theoretical and practical significance of innovation and entrepreneurship education in college and university, summarizing the current research ideas, methods and innovations; Secondly, the concepts and relevant basis of innovation and entrepreneurship will be illustrated systematically; Thirdly, the paper will summarize the relevant circumstances of innovation and entrepreneurship education, both in domestic and international, discussing the status of domestic innovation and entrepreneurship education, analyzing the problems, explaining the inspiration of United States to our innovation and entrepreneurship education; Fourthly, take Dalian University of Technology for an example, relying on the base of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the innovation and entrepreneurship education road which improves the teaching, management, practice, service and consulting, as well as combines theory with practice, brains with hands, simulation with training, will be studied.; Finally, the paper will propose the strategy of optimizing the innovative entrepreneurship education, and the approach of integration of beginning education and the innovation and entrepreneurship education In this way, the effect of the innovation and entrepreneurship education will be improved.
