Research On "Broad-spectrum" Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education In Colleges And Universities

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a hot spot in both theoretical research and practice. In 1989, " The international seminar on facing the 21st century education development trend " was held in Beijing by the UNESCO. Entrepreneurship education was mentioned as the "third education passport" in this meeting. Our country is vigorously promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education in order to meet the needs of strategy of innovation-driven development. However, in the process of implementation, the value deviation, the traditional concept etc leads to some problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.This paper is in view of the single object, narrow content and simple teaching methods of current innovative and entrepreneurial education in universities. Firstly, it discusses the connotation and characteristics of wide innovation and entrepreneurial education. It emphasizes on facing to all students, paying attention to cultivate the student's ability of innovation and entrepreneurship and improving education methods, which can effectively solve the current problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of universities. Based on this understanding, this paper firstly analyzes the domestic development of innovation and entreneurship. Secondly, it analyzes the history, present conditions and characteristics of wide innovation and entrepreneurship education in America and Britain. Finally, it analyzes the function of the wide innovation and entrepreneurship education countermeasures to promote and deepen innovation and entrepreneurship education through questionnaire survey and combination with the practice of E university in the innovation and entrepreneurship education.This paper can be divided into four chapters:The first chapter is the introduction. By reviewing related literature, it finds the starting point of research, introduces the selected topic background, research significance, the core concepts, research methods, and clarifies the train of thought.The second chapter firstly discusses the current situation of the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education under the background of Public entrepreneurship and innovation", and explores the problems and shortcomings in current innovation and entrepreneurship education. Secondly, it selects three representative universities, which areTsinghua University, Heilongjiang University, Xiamen University as the research objects. Finally, it sums up the characteristics of these three universities in wide innovative and entrepreneurship education.The third chapter firstly analyzes the history and current situation of wide innovation and entrepreneurship education in American and British.Then it summarizes the characteristics between the two countries: for all students; combination of hierarchy and difference of curriculum; support system into the whole process of talent training. Finally, through the experience from Britain and America, it provids some enlightenments for the development of entrepreneurship education in China.The fourth chapter takes E university as the research object of empirical study. It finds the successful experience and problems of E university innovation and entrepreneurship education through the questionnaire survey. E university takes relevant measures to promote the development of the innovation and entrepreneurship education,which include covering all the students;paying attention to cultivate creative consciousness; setting innovation entrepreneurship education courses by combining with the characteristics of disciplines and majors?undergraduates and graduate students,; setting up "a feature a college" innovation entrepreneurship education mode. The implementation of these above countermeasures effectively solves the problems of E university in the innovation and entrepreneurship education and accords with the concept of the wide nnovation and entrepreneurship education as well.
