Analysis On The Research Hotspots Of Higher Education Dissertation In China In Recent Decade

Based on 16 domestic universities which have the doctorate authorized point in higher education, this thesis researches the recent ten years'higher education dissertation from the perspective of dissertation'keywords. Learning from the bibliometric methods to analyze subject documents:keyword frequency statistics and co-word clustered analysis, this thesis summarizes the research hotspots of master degree dissertations and doctorate dissertations in china within recent decade then compares them, analyzes the forming reasons of these research hotspots and the trends of them. This thesis aims to provide some references for higher education postgraduates to choose research objects and research directions, and for higher education researchers to promote academic development and postgraduate cultivation.According to the research results, master degree dissertations of higher education focus on these research hotspots:construction of teaching staff, curriculum reform, teaching evaluation, quality and evaluation of postgraduate education, comparative higher education, management and system of higher institution, talent training pattern, orientation of local institution, popularization of higher education, private higher education policy, problems of psychology and employment and moral education. Doctorate dissertations focus on these research hotspots:talent training pattern, higher education policy, curriculum reform, teaching theory and philosophy, value and evaluation of postgraduate education, structure of subject and specialty, management and system of higher institution, university organization and cultural construction, moral education.Comparing the hotspots of master degree dissertations with doctorate dissertations, we can find the similarities and differences of these hotspots, and the different research perspectives for the same research hotspots. From the forming reasons of the dissertations' research hotspots, the national higher education reform and development, academic development and characteristics of higher education, research direction of different university and so on, to some extend, affect postgraduates'degree of interest for research objects and research questions. Finally, this thesis analyzes the trends of research hotspots.
