At present, there are a large number of beginning teachers to join the teaching occupation,who are the Pillars of the future school education,whose teaching ability directly affects the quality of education and the overall teachers, even affect student achievement.They had some theoretical knowledge on teaching at the University, but they can not teach well.Although,it has realized the importance of teaching ability of beginning teachers, and taken some measures to help them long long ago in china. In fact, the effect of training has been unsatisfactory.The current trainings, which focused on macro-educational theory, educational technology, ethics, while the practical training sessions had been not paid enough attention,and the form of training was relatively simple, mainly based on short-term intensive training,and evaluation systems have been imperfect.The beginning teachers got multiple supports in the United States,which helped them solve the difficulties and obstacles in the teaching,and lessened their loneliness, so that greatly reduced the teacher rentention, improved professional level of the teachers. Now,the important initiative was widely used to reform teacher education,stabilized the teacher force and improve the quality of education.The training involved on a variety of security conditions, flexible and effective forms of training,strict evaluation system and appropriate training content.The paper aimed to improve our trianing system of the new teacher teaching ability by way of analysis that trained the teaching ability of the beginning teachers in the United States, whose content is divided into four sessions:Section one is the introduction that comprises of problem statement, literature review and definitions of the key concepts Section two analyses background that trained the teaching ability of he beginning teachers in America.Section three mainly introduces the practice that trained the teaching ability of he beginning teachersin America,including security conditions,goals,curriculum,training models and evaluation.Section three analyses the successful experience and problems. The former includes well-designed training objectives,appropriate training content,flexible training model,ohe combination model of the formative assessment and summative assessment,while the latter consist of the heavy burden of the instructor and the beginning teacher and the role of principals.Section four analyses the enlightenment that trained the teaching ability of the beginning teachers in American,based on the present status and problems existing new teacher training in China.
