To establish a tertiary structure altogether 21 index of x-rated comprehensive evaluation index system, and calculates the evaluation index system of each index weight coefficient.3. Establish a professional bas ketball club behavior culture index system of standard rules and assessment method, and draw the score calculation formula, so that the evaluation system in practical application.
