The Research On Theoretical Assumption Of Construction Of Professional Basketball Club In Inner Mongolia

This article is based on the economic development of InnerMongolia, the sports consumption ability, the basketball developmentpresent situation, the advantages and disadvantages of marketdevelopment, as well as the "access" conditions in the CBA club toresearch the direction of the basketball development in Inner Mongolia.And this article carries out the basic situation of the development ofsports and basketball in Inner Mongolia to make some understandingthrough the literature study,expert interview, mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other methods, so some reflect the problems wereanalyzed. On this basis, this article puts forward some suggestion onbuilding professional basketball club in Inner Mongolia. The results arefollowing：Ⅰ.Basketball Developing Status in Inner MongoliaFormer basketball team in Inner Mongolia，which is a professionalteam，is jointly managed by the government and the sports commission.Influenced by the domestic basketball reform and the restriction ofvarious factors, the basketball team was forced to dissolve in InnerMongolia in1988. The two aspects of dissolution are most prominent:1.the influence of the Inner Mongolia competitive sports development ofthe strategic guiding ideology.2. the lack of funding and governmentsupport.Ⅱ.Current factors restricting the development of basketball in InnerMongoliaHere are five aspects:1.The vacancies in Professional BasketballClub in Inner Mongolia.2.The lack of investment on youth athleticschool, and the graduates are difficult to get jobs in Inner Mongolia. 3.The market development of Inner Mongolia basketball is insufficientand has not yet formed the market system. It is also lack of basketballmanagement personnel.4.The relevant laws and regulations are not wellestablished.5.The youth basketball teams in Inner Mongolia have thedissoluted.Ⅲ.Advantage of constructing the professional basketball club in InnerMongolia1.The external environment including the advantage of thegeographical environment，local residents sports consumption capacityand regional economic development has improved and developed.2.The internal environment including: amateur basketball in InnerMongolia to carry out actively, enterprise support changes its attitude,perfect facilities, and the government’s support.Ⅳ.The assumption of building professional basketball clubs in InnerMongolia on the "access" system conditions of CBA club.1.The club mode: we can make the Sports Bureau and enterprisestogether or enterprise themselves to run clubs. We also can let the legalperson limited liability companies or joint stock limited companies whichare obtain the business license of enterprise to divise the club departmentauthority and the internal company. Clubs should operate independentlyand self-financing.2.The club’s operations: we should consider the club staff welfare,insurance, the team establishment, public relations, legal affairs,administrative affairs, independent responsible for the club’s businessactivity promotion, ticket sales, investment promotion, fans, eventorganization, venue operations, site management, team daily management,logistics, etc.3.The construction and management of sports teams: in accordancewith the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations, the reasonablefreedom of sell players must be first team or develop players. And theplayers Training candidates should actively take the double-track route development mode:(1) amateur sports school all counties in culture——the Union City Sports School——Inner youth team——Inner Mongolia,sports team——Inner Mongolia Professional Basketball Club (2) LeagueCity, counties in the elementary school basketball team——the UnionCity counties in middle school basketball team——sports colleges orother tertiary basketball team——Inner professional basketball club.
