Specialize Research On Six Average Universities About "the Third Change Of Public Exercise Criterion Of National Aerobics"

"The public exercise criterion of national aerobics" we will call EC for short. EC is one of the national sports in China. Its purpose is to promote EC and to popularize it in average universities. In order to adjust the demands of ordinary people and to supply better scientific exercise to conform the tendency of developing the National aerobics. China National Aerobics Association made its third change for Grade 1 to Grade 6 of the EC. So when the third change of the EC came out, it was implemented on August 2009. According to the research, after the implementation of the third change of the EC, most universities in Beijing started to use this format. But there was a concern regarding the situation of EC, is that they need to do more research on the project.Adopting the literature and documents, questionnaire researches, expert interviews and math statistics on this specialize research. I also implemented the research on six average universities about their situation. By doing this I was able to collect all kinds of teaching information and results. I was able to see their developing situation and to analyzing the main problems and effect elements on the popularize process. So, to be able to supply the right amount of countermeasure we supply the foundation to improve the movement and successfully extending the research. These are the main results:(1)At present, the aerobics teachers who implement the third EC are not young, and the sale of the sex are dislocation. The teacher's diplomas are very low standards; most of them only have bachelor degree.(2) Most of the aerobic teachers attended the training of the third EC prescribe movement. The main reason why a small group of teachers didn't attend the training is because they didn't know about the training information. (3)Five out of the six average universities that we researched started to teach the EC program. Only one university didn't started yet. It means that the high popularize of the third EC, and most of the students like this third EC.(4)83.3% of the aerobics teachers mastered the prescribe movement for Grade 1 to Grade 4 and was able to finished teaching it. They did their best job on Grade 1 to Grade 3. Only one university taught Grade 5, and at moment no university are teaching Grade 6.(5) 65.72% of universities have indoor aerobics exercise space. Only a few universities don't have the necessary facilities. This means that the situations of exercise space in these universities are very good. Most teachers and students think that the prescribe movement on the third EC to Grade 1 to Grade 4 are not difficult. But teaching Grade 5 and Grade 6 on the third new adding movement are difficult for average university students.(6) The main management of the universities is the teachers and the students. They are very positive with the third EC. They support the students to attend the level text and competition; because of the teachers always have lots of teaching tasks. And the students have too many classes, and the sponsors of the competition don't try to promote the competition. So lots of universities don't attend the competition because they don't know about it.
