Research Purpose: The aims of the research for the high temperature andhumidity (33,60%),and normal temperature and humidity(23,40%)environment,afteracute effects of aerobic exercise.Weight corresponding comparative researchphysiological and biochemical effects Wrestlers subtraction,is to establishment of asuitable weight reduction training mode and abundant research information providedexperimental basis.Research Method: Eight national secondary Greco-Roman Wresting athletes arechosen as subjections.First of all,testing the subjects respectively in hot and humid(33℃,60%),normal temperature and humidity(23,40%)environment maximal oxygen.Thelets the subjects going to treadmill exercise in65%VO2max for fifty minutes in the twoenvironments,testing and comparing before and after exercise instantly in bodycomposition(Weight,the proportion of the fat,total moisture content,FFT and the musclemass).Blood parameters(BLA,body hormones serum ionized).Maximum peak torquearm strength(PT),the relative peak torque(P-T/B), opposing muscle ratio(A/A-R),average power(AP) and fatigue index(WF).Thermal environment after exerciseand physical sensation subjective sensation Scale Scale(RPE)changes,and to monitorthe subjectives of energy metabolism(immediately after exercise,after exercise2h andthe next morning).The above four experiments at intervals of one week.Instrumentassay (body composition, maximal oxygen uptake, heart rate, power, energy metabolism,blood lactate, serum ion), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (leptin, adiponectin,aldehyde steroids, vasopressin and visfatin), luminescent immunoassay (serum insulin, cortisol, testosterone), rating scale (VENTILATING subjective feeling hot environmentquestionnaire) and RPE scale.Research Results:1、 The normal temperature and the wet and hot humidenvironment movement,body composition related indicators(body weight,proportion offat,total moisture content of lean body mess,muscle mass)were lower than beforeexercise.Under the high temperature and humidity sports,weight and fat percentagedecreased by a big margin.2、 The normal temperature and humidity and hightemperature and humidity environment movement,serum Na+were higher than beforeexercise;Fe3+,Mg2+were slower than before exercise.Sports under normal temperatureand humidity after Na+and Ga2+lower than previous campaign,Cl-is higher than beforeexercise.After the high temperature and humidity lower motor K+,Ga2+,higher thanbefore exercise,Cl-lower than the previous campaign.In addition Ga2+in os,theremaining serum ionized normal temperature and humidity changes after the next bigmovement [which Na+,Cl-,significant difference between the two (P<0.05)].3、After thenormal temperature and the wet and hot and humid environment sports,in addition toelevated steroid aldehyde addition,serum adiponctin,antidiuretic hormone,leptin visfatinand insulin decreased.In addition to aldehyde steroids,other hormones under normaltemperature and humidity greater change after exercise.4、The temperature normally wetand hot and humid environment sports,PT60°, PT/B were lower than beforeexercise,the decrease under high temperature and humidity is greater than normaltemperature and humidity is greater than the normal temperature and humidity.Undernormal temperature and normal humidity sports AP,WF increased,but decline dafter thehot and humid sports;its normal temperature and humidity changes magnitude greaterexternal rotation [which AP significant difference between the two (P<0.05)].A/A-Runder two environment were elevated after exercise.5、Under normal temperature andwet and hot and humid environment of energy metabolism after exercise sort from highto low are6:00the next morning,immediately after exercise,after exercise2h.whereenergy consumption in hot and humid the next morning was significantly higher thannormal temperature and humidity (P<0.05).6、Hot and humid environment after exerciseblood lactate,RPE and subjective sensory scores were higher than normal temperature and humidity,which subjective feeling score significant difference between the two(P<0.05).Conclusion: Weight loss disposable hot and humid environment is better thanaerobic exercise under normal temperature and humidity.Under normal temperature andhumidity after exercise,serum ion(except Ga2+outsaid)and hormonal changes(inaddition to aldehyde steroids) were higher than under high temperature andhumidity.Under the high temperature and humidity sports,the decrease in armstrength,immediately after exercise of discomfort and fatigue thermal environment,thenext morning the energy consumption increase over the normal temperature andhumidity.
