Objective: Hot and humid environment is included in the Olympic Games of large-scale events are inevitable environmental problems, the recovery phase as an inevitable stage of training and competition, for athletes to maintain a good functional state to cope with the next training and games are vital. Training and resume the game after cold therapy is a new can help athletes both physically resist high temperature and high pressure heat recovery tool can quickly recover. This article aims to compare the impact of different physiological indices cold therapy after cycling in hot and humid environment, explore reasonable recovery methods. Methods: In this study, a randomized block design, 12 males(mean age 22.5 ± 2.5 years)were three cold therapy intervention trial, namely the control(CON), cold therapy(CWI)and alternating hot and cold therapy(CWT), each time interval of 7 days. Subjects with a different form of self-control interventions. Subjects entering the temperature is 35 ℃-38 ℃, humidity of 60%-70% of the hot and humid environment in the increasing load until after power cycling exhaustion, cold therapy intervention 15 min immediately.Acquisition-related physiological experiments and athletic performance indicators, the data results using SPSS23.0 statistical software for analysis.Results:1. After the end of the recovery, compared with the CON group, CWT group average heart rate decreased by 7 times / min, CWI group average heart rate by 5 beats / min, there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).2. After the end of the recovery, compared with the CON group, CWT group core temperature did not change significantly, CWI group reduced average core temperature0.3 ℃, showed a significant difference(P <0.05).3. When returned to the first 5min, CWI group decreased 0.7 ℃ than the CON group, showed a significant difference(P <0.05). When returned to the first eight minutes, CWT group decreased 0.7 ℃ than the CON group, showing a significant difference(P <0.05).Other times did not show a significant difference(P> 0.05) between the groups.4. In the recovery after the first 13 min and recovery end, compared with CON group,CWT group were reduced by an average blood lactate 1.7mmol / L and 1.9mmol / L,showed a very significant difference(P <0.001).5.Omega Wave function test indicates that the subject does not reflect the state of the same, there is no uniform rule.Conclusions:1. Experiments showed that the movement alternating hot and cold therapy compared to simple cold therapy, blood lactate recovery rate was significantly accelerated. Cold therapy alone in reducing recovery phase skin surface temperature had a significant effect, but time not too long, the body temperature exceeds a certain time there will be an upward trend.2. Alternating hot and cold therapy, cold therapy and recovery phase for reducing heart rate and core temperature, there is no obvious effect.3. Because of individual differences in indicators measured in this experiment, the proposed design of the different stages in the recovery programs for different individuals, adjust the temperature or immersion time. Room for raising and lowering the body temperature of greater impact, it is recommended strict control of room temperature and maintained at a reasonable range. Experiment by adding consideration of the subject individual’s physical condition, physical condition of the subject changes will have an impact on the experimental data.
