Objectives: In this study, human subjects were used to set up three different types of exercise in HIIT group,LIT group and LIT group in normal temperature and humidity environment in high temperature and high humidity environment, and to compare the effects of high intensity intermittent exercise on the population in high temperature and humidity environment Effect of motor ability. Methods: The subjects were 30 male college students from Jilin Sport Institute of Physical Education and Sports Training. The subjects were randomly divided into high temperature and high humidity HIIT group(EG group),high temperature and high humidity LIT group(CG group)and normal temperature The environment load of HIIT group was 95% of the peak power intensity of 1 min,and power cycling was completed in 1 minute, totally for 30 minutes. The high-temperature and high-humidity environment was set as follows: the temperature was 35 ?,Relative humidity of 80% RH.The experimental process is incremental load exercise, the experimental data results using SPSS19.0 statistical software for analysis.Analysis conclusion:1.The effect of HIIT on the body composition of high-temperature and high-humidity crowd is better than that of LIT.2.Short-term HIIT has far-reaching impact on the cardiorespiratory fitness of fitness groups in high temperature and high humidity environment and can improve their aerobic capacity;3.Short-term HIIT can develop anaerobic exercise ability of fitness crowd in high-temperature and high-humidity environment;4.Short-term HIIT has made some contribution to the increase of energy metabolism reserve and energy saving of the fitness crowd in high-temperature and high-humidity environment;5.HIIT has a positive effect on the performance of oxygen transport system.
