With the development of Chinese history, the formation of a common thinking, behavior, habits, moral ideals, ethical awareness, regulations, culture and art life of the community affected by etiquette, ritual, rites and rites of ideas have a deep impact on the society and people. Under the influence of the different aspects of manners, all of ideologies are called manner culture.China is renowned for valuing ritual and ceremonies ever since ancient times. Etiquette is not only a symbol of Chinese civilization, but also the important area of traditional Chinese culture. It is interacted between the origin, formation, development of etiquette and China's social development, social practices of people, ethical practices. In the long history of China, etiquette inherited as a national cultural treasure have a profound impact on Chinese civilization and progress on the social order, norms, culture and education. In the history of Chinese civilization, the etiquette culture on the common values of the Chinese nation, paradigm, ethics, social order and social values plays a significant role. When Chinese traditional culture is weaken in the modern time, etiquette culture as an important part of traditional culture has also been declined .The negative effects of the etiquette culture are exaggerated. Nowadays, it is not enough that we pay attention to the etiquette culture, especially the college students. In the background of promoting Chinese traditional culture, it should reacquaint about the positive effects of etiquette culture. Political education should absorb all the good resources of cultural traditions to improve results of education.Ideological and political education for the college students is the backbone of ideological and political education, relating the future of station and society. Since reform and opening up in China as one of the fastest growing countries it has the impact on the culture and ideas in various fields. Especially for the college students it is reality that the ideologies are disseminated by the various culture and personal values and morals are changed. For many of college students they ignored the traditional culture. When we are building a socialist core value system and vigorously carry forward the fine traditional culture, ideological and political education should be developed. It should be sent up a structure in which it includes moral requirements, order specifications, education ideas, ideas of the harmonious development. This structure will be positive for searching moral awareness, enhancing the spirit realm, normalizing thought and behavior, consolidating the campus order and promoting social harmony. Therefore, from the view of the possibility, for ideological and political education it will be reasonable to draw on the resources of traditional Chinese manner culture. For college students it will be positive to improve and strengthen the ideological and political education.This article is divided into five parts. In the first part it is proposed the question.
