With the reform of higher education concept,it is particularly important to cultivate students’moral quality.As a part of our excellent traditional culture,Wushu inherits the national culture and blood.Combined with the state’s requirements for various courses in Colleges and universities and ideological and political courses to form a synergistic effect of education.This paper mainly studies the design of integrating Sanda into the teaching of martial arts etiquette culture,and judges the effectiveness and feasibility of the teaching design by testing the influence of the changes of students’ etiquette culture cognition,martial ethics cognition,moral education accomplishment,skill mastery and general physical quality.This research adopts the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,teaching experiment and data processing to study the teaching effect of Wushu etiquette culture education in Sanda class.According to the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The experimental group and the normal control group,which are integrated into the teaching content design of martial arts etiquette culture,show differences in the specific content of the cognition of etiquette culture(P<0.05),which shows that the teaching design can promote students’ understanding of different forms of etiquette culture.(2)In the aspect of morality cognition:there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the cognition of traditional morality(P<0.05).It shows that the learning of Wushu etiquette culture content and the behavior standard of practicing etiquette culture in the teaching design of Wushu etiquette culture can promote the students’cognition of Wushu Morality.(3)Moral education quality:the experimental group and the control group in moral education quality:ideological quality is significant difference(P<0.05),moral learning and actual performance is very significant difference(P<0.01).It shows that the learning of Wushu etiquette culture content and the exercise of etiquette culture behavior norms have a positive effect on improving students’ moral quality.We have achieved the expected goal of Ideological and political education and curriculum design.(4)Skill mastery:there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in skill mastery(P>0.05),indicating that the design of martial arts etiquette culture teaching did not affect students’ normal skill mastery.(5)General physical fitness:there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment(P>0.05).After 15 weeks of teaching,there was no difference between the experimental group and the control group in general physical fitness except 800 meters.The reason is that the girls in the experimental group have a higher attitude and enthusiasm in the classroom learning,while the girls in the control group are slightly worse than those in the experimental group,which shows that the teaching design of martial arts etiquette culture is the same as the general teaching mode and can have the same impact on students’ physical quality,and can also promote students’ interest in learning.The following suggestions are given through teaching experiments:(1)This teaching mode can be integrated into other martial arts teaching,which can strengthen moral education for students without affecting the improvement of physical quality and skills.(2)Improving the comprehensive teaching ability of teachers can deeply explain the learning content of martial arts etiquette culture,make students easily absorb the relevant content,have a greater role in promoting the moral education of students,and then comprehensively promote the cognitive ability of students in all aspects of martial arts ethics.(3)Through the experimental test of the teaching content,it can meet the educational role of moral education quality of students.Teachers can choose appropriate teaching content according to their comprehensive ability,to avoid the improper grasp of cultural education time,resulting in the effect of students’ skill mastery and physical quality exercise.
