Since the school education begins, our experience can agree:during all the influencing factors on students'development,the teacher,is the significant one.If high school education is the cradle of cultivating high-quality talents, then college teachers would be the key strength.However,in today's society, with the rapid development of information technology and democratization of education, the new media,with the internet as the main representative,is playing a more and moer important rule on the students on the socialization process.This essay consists of five parts.The first part gives a comprehensive review on the impact of professional teachers in college on students,including a clear explanation of the concept influence power and other related items, the theoretical value and practical significance to conduct such kind of research in the information society.And also, it gives a description of relationship between college teachers' influence and teacher-student interaction.And on the basis of relevant empirical material, the next two parts,Part Two and Part Three, survey the present situation of professional teachers'impact on students in college in China and also,offer a detailed analysis of the causes.In Part Two, it focuses on the actual situation of college teachers' influence in information society since it has been reducing and also,giving out analysis and comments.And with respect to Part Three,it emphatically points out that the inefficient interaction between teachers and students have decreased teachers'influence on students and the new educational environment created by information society would be another possible reason to explain teachers' influence being diminished.The fourth part, is one of the main parts of the paper. In this part, according to the analysis of the causes,be in dilemma will be introduced to illustrate the concept of student-teacher interaction. And from the perspective of its four characteristics,it proves that they are contact with each other in many parts. Equality and involvement of the student-teacher interaction strengthen teachers' authority power; Reflexivite and instructive enhance the value of college teachers' influence. The affective intercommunion between them highlights the humanistic care of college teachers.The above analysis of college teachers' influence from the pratical and ——基于"师生互动"的视角theoretical perspevtive and the detailed explanation of ralationship between the teacher-student interaction and teachers'influence,are designed to rebuild the great effect which college teachers used to make on students as well as to construct a friendly relationship between students and teacher.Therefore, the last part of this essay, Part Five, which is also the main part,will stress on the theory construction and model-building of enhancing college teachers' impact. It is related comprehensively the following four aspects:the establishment of the concept of student-teacher interaction;how to switch roles for college teachers during the mutual activities;how to maintain better communication skills for better understanding between each other; how to conduct a new model of teacher-student interaction to gain the excellent non-power effect which teachers have on students.
