Teachers'view and behavior heavily influent the development of the education of traditional culture. This paper aims to, through studying teacher educational view of the traditional culture and behavior transformation of educational view of traditional culture, provide reference to improve the effectiveness of the education of traditional culture.This paper, through studying the situation of the contemporary middle-school students'education of "the Analects of Confucius", investigate the teachers' educational view of traditional culture, analyze its types and messing. Education reform and development, not only require the changes of teachers'education view of traditional culture, but also require behavior transformation of its. This paper, based on the study of the content, standards, practical problems and factors, propose the behavior transformation mechanism of the teachers'educational view of traditional culture, and analyze its operation.The first chapter is to examine the situation of the contemporary middle-school students'education of "the Analects of Confucius", especially from the social, cultural and educational background, the three elements:content, teachers and students.The second chapter, through the material from directly observing the teachers' behavior, and the description of their own experiences by the teachers themselves, is to reveal the teachers'educational view of traditional culture. This paper classifies it into three types:the type of knowledge-utilitarian, the type of experience-humanities and the type of behavior-moral, from objective view, contents view, method view assessment view and morphological characteristics, and analyze their missing.The third chapter, based on the first and second chapter, proposes the research of the behavior transformation of the teachers'education view of traditional culture. Discuss the content, standards, practical problems and factors. Based on that, propose the behavior transformation mechanism, including the internal mechanisms and the external mechanisms, and analyze its operation.
