The interaction between teacher and student in classroom will directly affect the acceptability of teaching and participation of learning. It is the significant factor that relates to the effectiveness of learning. However, what actually happened in the classroom and how to observe, analyze and evaluate the interactions between teacher and learners more accurately? Based on the considerations, we choose this topic. After analysis the existing research achievements and the facts, we designed a set of methods to evaluate the interactive activities. Taking my ability and enerty into account, we select case study. Through observation and statistical analysis we would like to find the characteristics of teaching-learning interaction.In order to reflect the interactive activities more fully and truly, we will start our study with the following steps. First, we will develop an observation form of interaction, and specific the operational definitions. Then fill the form, record the actual facts and observation notes all by myself. After the observation, we will complete the form by using the video record, and do some descriptive analysis. With the help of NVivo, which is a qualitative-quantitative analysis Software, we can conduct the script coding, analyze the nodes coverage and draw the density picture. Finally, we will use the method of Flanders, reduce the behavior data series of T and S, conduct the S-T analysis and draw the Rt-Ch map. In order to explore the details, we will use the node transfer matrix to analyze the relevance of interactions.When it comes to evaluation, we will use five indicators to assess the effectiveness of the interaction. They are the expression, waiting time, the number of participants, the lasting time, satisfaction and conversion. Questionnaire and interview will also be emplied to evaluate the effectiveness. We strictly follow ten steps to design the questionnaire and do a test. We also modify the questionnaire after item analysis.In the case, we examined the interactive behavior, then analyzed and evaluate the interaction. We also analyze the elements and characteristics from the subject, occurrence, content, circumstance and interactive mode. At last, we try to give some suggestions from some perspectives to improve the interaction.
