Classroom is the main venues for teachers to organize teaching and students acquire knowledge and capacity. Classroom teaching is a basic organizational form of teaching, it requires a certain degree of discipline to maintain. At the same time, as the integral part of teaching activity, classroom discipline is the precondition and foundation for the smooth ongoing of it. The classroom discipline is a series of code of conduct in the context of classroom; it is targeted to play a positive role in the students' development, rational, humane and should be obeyed by the whole students.Classroom discipline is necessary for effective implementation of classroom instruction. According to the empirical investigation on high school students' classroom discipline, classroom discipline was found misaligned in the existence and its working parts. There are many prominent performances. For example, classroom discipline is too loose or too strict, even too partial. All of them directly lead to the rigid teaching, formalized classroom interaction, stifled students creative thinking and depression of student entity. On the reflection of the cause of classroom discipline, we get the answer from its recognization, drafting, execution and evaluation. Exactly speaking, firstly, limit recognizing of classroom discipline; it puts too much emphasis on its integrity. Secondly, classroom discipline is too materialized to ignore the entity of students. Thirdly, arbitrary classroom discipline execution cause teachers become supervisor of the classroom and punishment becomes the only means in front of its being breaking. Fourthly, the quantitative evaluation of classroom discipline, chasing to evaluate students' behavior and development in quantified standards.On basis of the reflection of traditional classroom discipline, education is to establish a norm or a system which in both respect the students' freedom and protection of them. Therefore, education concepts and practical methods should be changed timely. In order to found a classroom discipline which is positively promoted for the students' development, student oriented, humanized and it should be improved from the following aspects. Firstly, the modernization of education concepts. Secondly, the scientification of its drawing up. Thirdly, the situationalization of its execution, and finally the rationalization of its evaluation.
