A Study On The Management Optimization Of The Student Apartment Of Heibei University Of Environmental Engineering

At the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities in December 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that the quality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities has a direct impact on the achievements of the fundamental ideological and political work: "What kind of people to train,how to train,and who to train." We must insist on taking Lide Shuren as the central link and "realize the full course of education and all-round education,and strive to create a new situation for the development of higher education in China." Therefore,as an important living place,emotional communication space and publicity and education position,the college student apartment is also very important for how to manage it efficiently.With the continuous deepening of the university logistics reform and the continuous expansion of the enrollment scale,colleges and universities have made corresponding adjustments and reforms based on the objective reality of their own schools,and have encountered some problems in the process of implementation.These pressing issues are the direction in which we will move forward.For a long time,most colleges and universities have formed inherent habits,always put energy and emphasis on teaching,ignoring the important place of student apartments.Therefore,the attention and investment of apartments are relatively small.The problems in this paper come from practical work.Through on-the-spot investigation,personal participation,investigation and visits,the first-hand materials are mastered,and relevant materials and information are collected through reading professional books and related periodicals,and practical solutions are found by making full use of literature analysis,comparative analysis and causal analysis.In the process of student apartment management,there are mainly the following problems: apartment managers of Hebei Environmental Engineering College are older,more mobile and need to improve their overall quality;some students' apartments have poor hygiene and low cleanliness in public areas;supporting facilities of student apartments are not perfect;students' management is inadequate;students' apartments do not fully play the "educating" function of student apartments.Through the analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: improving the intelligent optimization of apartment management;classifying garbage in students' apartments;strengthening the cultural construction of students' apartments;paying attention to the quality training of apartment managers,striving to create a clean,tidy,warm,comfortable and strong cultural atmosphere of apartment living environment for students,cultivating students' sound personality,and healthy and healthy during the University period.Happy growth,for the society to transport a large number of outstanding talents,for the country to train pillars of talent.
