This research uses literature search methods and unstructured interview methods based on the teaching practice of the Normal Student in University, we summarize the characteristic and the law of development of the Normal Student teaching skill.Based on this concept, a set of Teaching Skill Evaluation system of Normal Student in University is constructed with the Delphi methods, which promotes and guarantees the teaching skill evaluation job is successful begin. The full thesis divides into six parts:Chapter One introduces the background, review and aims of the study.Chapter Two illustrates the research about teaching skills and teaching classification both at home and abroad.Chapter Three. This part carries on the unstructured interview in the different periods (before, during and after)of teaching practice, collects teaching log and teaching practice summary report of the 2007 class undergraduate students. We summarize the characteristic and the law of development of the Normal Student teaching skill in five aspects such as the preparation before teaching practice, instructional design skill, classroom teaching skill, the teaching reflection and practice summary.It lays a solid foundation for the construction of the teaching skill Evaluation system in normal university.Chapter Four. This part constructs the teaching skill evaluation initial scaling, which includes 3 first-grade indexes and 16 second-grade indexes according to teaching work.The first-grade indexes are instructional design skill, classroom instructional skill and after class teaching skill.Chapter Five. Firstly, we use the Delphi methods to carry on 17 experts' consultation and indexes'grade statement work.Then, we make the revision and the consummation to experts' opinion. Finally, we analysis the grade statement date respectively,discover the difference in teaching skill requirements, and set weight to form the teaching skill evaluation scaling in normal university.Chapter six.This part introduces the achievement and the existence deficiency, and proposes the ponder to the further research.
