The employment,training,promotion,salary,reward and punishment of teachers in independent colleges are all based on the evaluation of teachers.A scientific evaluation system of teachers can improve the enthusiasm of teachers,optimize the structure of teachers and promote the sustainable development of colleges.With the transformation and development of independent colleges,a series of new situations and problems have arisen in the teaching staff of independent colleges,especially the problems of high mobility of teachers and low professional satisfaction.Therefore,through effective assessment and evaluation,scientific evaluation of teachers and exploration of teachers' developmental areas are the proper meaning of developmental evaluation.Through the investigation and analysis of A Independent College in Jiangxi Province,this paper analyses the present situation and predicament of traditional reward and punishment performance evaluation,and investigates the possibility and feasibility of the application of developmental evaluation.The purpose of this paper is to establish a developmental evaluation system and index system for teachers of independent colleges that meet the requirements of the transformation of independent colleges and the needs of teachers' development through text research and empirical analysis.There are seven chapters in this paper,which include four main problems: first,the importance analysis of the teacher development evaluation system of independent college;second,the investigation of the current situation of the teacher evaluation system of A independent college in Jiangxi province;third,the reference model of the teacher development evaluation system of A independent college in Jiangxi province and the determination of index weight;fourth,the construction of the implementation of the teacher development evaluation system of A independent college in Jiangxi province.Discussion.Based on the analysis of the necessity of the application of developmental evaluation in the assessment and evaluation of teachers in independent colleges,this paper takes the teachers of A independent colleges in Jiangxi Province as the research object,combines the Expectancy Theory,the Systems Theory,the Zone of Proximal Development Theory,and the Comprehensive Development Theory,and uses the methods of interviews,literature and other research methods to formulate and evaluate the assessment system of teachers in A independent colleges in Jiangxi Province.The aspects of the formulation and implementation,subject and object,index and method are analyzed,and the main problems existing in the evaluation system of A independent college are deeply excavated.By using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,the development evaluation index system covering teachers' morality,teaching ability,scientific research ability,professional ability and social service of A independent college is established.At the same time,combinedwith theoretical analysis and interview results,the basic requirements for the implementation of teacher development evaluation in independent colleges are clarified,and relevant suggestions are provided for the implementation of development evaluation in independent colleges.
