“Mathematics Curriculum Standard for Ordinary High Schools(2017 Edition)”creates a mathematical modeling as one of the main lines in the curriculum,clearly defined by hour classify of mathematical modeling and provide new requirements for the teaching of mathematical modeling.Currently,researchers focus on the design elements and characteristics of mathe matical modeling teaching,explain the approaches and methods of implementing mathematical modeling teaching,or proposing tactics to cultivate students'mathematical modeling ability,but few researches on mathematical modeling teaching evaluation.This study upgrades the mathematical model evaluation system in the secondary school from the point of view of the evaluation,and provides a research tool for analysing and editing mathematical models of teaching.Reserach programme is to form a scientific assessment indicator system of mathematics modeling teaching in Senior High.For this reason,the research questions are determined as follows:(1)How to divide the evaluation index system of mathematics modeling teaching in senior high schools?(2)How is the weight of the school mathematical modelling system determined for the purpose evaluation?(3)How is the rationality of the mathematical modelling indicator system tested in secondary schools?According to the literature analysis,the study adopted the Delphi method,consulted the opinions of 20 experts on the assessment criteria twice,and modified and improved the evaluation index system.Then,18 experts was consulted on the weight of the indicators,to determine the assessment indicator system of mathematical modeling teaching.Finally,testing tthe safety and value of the diagnostic system.The findings of the paper include:(1)The assessment indicator system for mathematical modeling teaching of senior high school includes five first-class targets and nineteen corresponding second-level indicators,namely,modeling topic selection,teaching monitoring,modeling process,cooperative learning and achievement display.(2)The weights of the first-level criterias are 0.26,0.16,0.29,0.16 and 0.13 respectively.From the perspective of weight,the suitability of the topic is the most important(0.12),followed by asking questions(0.10),followed by the development of the topic(0.08),establishing a model(0.08),attracting the topic(0.06)and clarifying the division of labor(0.06).The weights of the above six indicators are all above 0.05,accounting for 50%of the weights of all indicators.(3)The reliability coefficients of the first and second indexes of the evaluation index system and the overall index system are all greater than or equal to 0.90.The I-CVI of each index ranged from0.8 to 1,K(9)is greater than 0.74,and the S-CVI/UA and S-CVI/Ave are both above 0.90,which showed good reliability and validity.The teaching suggestions of mathematical modeling:choose mathematical modeling topics suitable for students;Give play to the functions of guidance,monitoring and evaluation;Guide students to go through a complete mathematical modeling process;Guide students to develop collaborative learning effectively;Organize students to exchange and discuss modeling results.
