Study On Head Teachers Work About Ideological And Political Education In The Institutes Run By The Local People

Education run by the local people is an important part of our socialism educational cause. It is a vital task for every teacher and head teacher to stick to the principles of education of our party and promote students'all-round development.About more than ten years ago higher education run by the local people was in the period of primitive accumulation. However, it is heading for the period of transition of development today. The comprehensive power of the institutes of higher education by the local people has stretchered increasingly. The changes of the situation at home and abroad have deeply influenced upon view of life, view of world and view of value of the college students in the institutes of higher education by the local people. And the influence is more impressive, more multilateral, more prominent than that upon others. As the college students in the institutes of higher education by the local people have narrow view and little experience of life. Besides, they are confused which direction they will go in future. So strengthening political and ideological education of students for head teachers become more vital. These head teachers have more chances to get along with students and know what they think and do, even what they need. They are welcomed and recognized by the students, so nobody can take place of them in terms of the influence upon the students. As a result, this thesis is based on the work of head teacher in the institutes of higher education by the local people as well as the features of college students'own in institutes, aiming at analyzing and exploring the present situation of the political and ideological education of the head teacher and making some positive suggestions about promoting the overall level of head teachers'work.This thesis consists of four parts:"general introduction"; "the introduction to the political and ideological education of the head teacher"; "the present situation and analysis of the work of the political and ideological education of the head teacher"; "some advice on how to improve the work of political and ideological education of the head teacher". This thesis is arranged as follows:the general introduction; raise the questions; solve the questions. The whole thesis focuses on how to promote the entire level of the work of the political and ideological education of the head teacher.The author uses the following methods:theory analytic method, literature analytic method and investigation analytic method and so on. To make a study on the political and ideological education of the head teacher to illustrate the present situation, raise some problems and give some suggestions. The author will give some suggestions according to the knowledge such subjects as politics, pedagogic, psychologies and so on.The suggestions about how to promote the general level of the work of the political and ideological education of the head teacher in the institutes of higher education by the local people are divided into six parts:value the work of the political and ideological education of the head teacher; strengthen the training for rhetorical knowledge, psychology, basic quality of moral and working methods; build varieties of systems of the work of he political and ideological education of the head teacher; expand the field of the work of political and ideological education of the head teacher; provide enough material condition for the work of he political and ideological education of the head teacher; create harmonious atmosphere for the work of the political and ideological education of the head teacher. These six aspects make up the new system of the work of he political and ideological education of the head teacher to ensure that we can achieve our goal of promoting the work of political and ideological education of the head teacher.
