"People-Oriented" is the theme of an era, in many fields, we will apply this concept of it. However, education is a cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress, to improve the quality, promote the comprehensive development of a fundamental way. Power on the road, the development of quality education is an integral part. Therefore, education in the rational and effective use of "people- oriented" philosophy is especially important.As important elements of the field of education in visual arts is also a basic component of human cognitive abilities. To some extent, in-depth study of art education is a basic human cognitive ability. However it has a capacity of artistic thought and artistic observation and common knowledge is not consistent. In art education, the ultimate goal of people-centered education that is how the subject has such a thinking.The views of the article mainly from anthropology, cultural history and the interaction of cognitive psychology discussing the relationship between art education and education, art and cognitive ability, which further extends to the practice of art education through the application ability to accept the group's self-cultivation, enhance the development of cultural taste are clues. So why are we to talk in education, or about in the field of art education in this people-oriented values? From an anthropological perspective we need to look at this problem. Only human beings have a cognitive ability and aesthetics in mind, and continue the pursuit of understanding, the pursuit of beauty; explore unknown fields, explore the objective law; then harvested understanding, the U.S. harvest, harvest human values. Therefore, the basic point of view of human nature, a need for the formation of the overall structure of interdependence.
