With the continuous deepening of basic education reform and professional development of teachers, more and more educational researcher and educationist pay attention to teaching Reflection. Most studies pay more attention to the effect of objective and rational factors, not fully take into account the relationship of the teacher's reflection and their needs of self development. However, the teaching-reflection is not only a process of rational cognition, and emotion is closely related to the process. It is a process of cognizance along with sensation. the teaching-reflection is not only to improve teacher's cognitive ability, but also pay attention to the cultivation of emotional intelligence.professional-self is a sum of unique educational way of consistent with their interests, abilities and personality which is created and reflected in their professional lives, and with the knowledge, value system and teaching style. professional self is closely related to teaching-reflection. So, the study of the affection of teacher's professional-self and teaching-reflection is very important to the theoretical and practical meaning.Therefore, this paper attempts on the basis of existing research results, from the factor of teacher's "professional-self "effect to the teaching- reflection, for example, the reflective consciousness and reflection level, in order to raising the level of self conscious and keen to promote teachers to reflect their own educational practice, find and develop an new angle of the reflective ability.The paper is outlined as follows:The first part is an introduction. Reviewed the teacher's professional–self and teaching reflection, analyzed the intrinsic link of teaching- reflection and professional self, The second part introduced the theory of teaching- reflection and teacher's professional-self. The third part analyzed the professional-self awareness,professional-self experience and professional-self control,and their affection to the teaching- reflection perspective, depth, awareness, initiative, enthusiasm and effectiveness.Part IV,provide some strategies to improve teacher's self-awareness, self-experience and self-control, in order to improve the teaching- reflection consciousness and level. This study could help teachers to have amore in-depth understanding of t the main value of inner self, prompting teachers to improve the ability to reflect, to truly improve education quality.
