Current, our country economic and social development in the important period,economic structure has great change.In education industry,vocational education is the most relate to economic and social development,as the economic quickly develop, the vocational education is rising.Secondary vocational education target is cultivate the manipulator and server for the social,the social adaptation of the human resource can reveal the vocation education quality.The paper explain the adaption and social adaption from biology and sociology point of view, give the definite social adaption explain.After analysis the scholar study,writer obtain the secondary vocation student social adaption should include below content:learning ability interpersonal skill;role change ability;environmental adaption ability;mental adaption ability.Ability to adapt to the various dimensions of society based on the preparation of targeted social adaptation of secondary vocational students questionnaireAfter the research of the Henan province secondary vocation education graduate student,the writer got the Henan province secondary vocational student social adaption status,the writer analysis the deep reason of the social adaption,it include social culture;curricular set up;teachers secondary vocational student self-concept.On the basis, the writer analyse the factor that influenced the social adaption.On the basis of the research,the writer propose the feasibility of measures for the current adjustment problems,they are school measures and student measures, these measures are diversification of the school;clarification of the objectives; improve the overall quality of the teachers and rationalization of the curriculum,through above measures to create a good hardware support.At the same time,improve their self-concept and create a healthy personality;change a single assessment method;train their right attribution; actively encourage student to practice in social environment,both of these measures to develop secondary vocation students social adaptability.
