| As an great part of Vocational Education in China,it has an great impact on the promote of vocational education and the development of society.Germany has a leading position in the vocational education system around the world.In recent years.In spite of the outstanding progress had made in secondary vocational education,there are still challenges in human resources development.It is not fit for social and professional needs,which is an hindrance to the growth of middle vocational education.The purpose of this article is to compare China and Germany’s talent training models in secondary vocational education,reflect on the promotion of the development of secondary vocational education in my country,and get inspiration from it.This will further promote the development of my country’s secondary vocational education in a more professional,efficient and scientific direction.Begin with the explanation of the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the research summary,the research methods and related concepts.Through combing the domestic and foreign research on the German dual system and the combination of engineering and learning in my country,it can be seen that previous studies have mostly focused on the historical development of the dual system and the combination of engineering and learning,as well as the research on the curriculum system and the faculty of the two.There are few comprehensive studies on the subject in multiple dimensions.Therefore,this study takes Germany and my country’s secondary vocational education talent training model as the research object and analyzes them,with a view to discovering,analyzing,and solving problems,so as to provide reference for the optimization of secondary vocational education in the future.By summarizing the German dual system through the literature research method,it can be known that the German dual system is based on professional competence and is characterized by paying attention to the training of students’ practical skills.With the vocational education framework plan and vocational training regulations as the curriculum standards,coupled with a complete faculty team and continuously maturing school-enterprise cooperation,each element is fully and systematically guaranteed for the coordinated development of the dual-system talent training model.The combination of work and study in our country is through the integration of both the enterprise and the school,coupled with the integration of work and study curriculum and continuously improving the teaching staff,adopting teaching methods such as work-study alternation,project-oriented,task-driven and on-the-job internship,to achieve work-study cooperation and school-enterprise cooperation talent training mechanism.This article uses comparative analysis to compare the four dimensions of talent training goals,curriculum system,faculty and school-enterprise cooperation between Germany and my country’s talent training model,summarizes the commonalities of the two,and especially analyzes the differences between the two.At the end of the article,based on the German secondary vocational education talent training model,the application and development of my country’s secondary vocational education talent training model are proposed: strengthen the construction of the secondary vocational legal system;establish a correct vocational education concept,strengthen teaching reform;optimize school-enterprise cooperation,and increase corporate participation Enthusiasm;strengthening the construction of the teaching staff;promoting the in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation and other targeted enlightenments,aiming to further optimize the talent training model in my country to a certain extent. |
