With the acceleration of the process of teacher's professional development, instructional reflection increasingly attracted attention from scholars as an important way of promoting professional development of teachers. Domestic and international research shows that the development of instructional reflective ability should not only be carried out among professional teachers but also among normal students. This thesis will focus on the factors that affect instructional reflection of normal students and try to find out effective strategies to help students improving their ability of instructional reflection.This study is based on"the Educational Practice of Mathematics Department in Shanghai Normal University". It analyses the cultivation process of instructional reflection of normal students, and therefore builds a strategic framework for instructional reflection training and then makes some improvements thereafter.First of all, the paper gives a literature review of related research in this field in introductory paragraph. The author finds out the current limitations in this field as well as the methodology for this research based on the previous studies into status quo at home and abroad.This paper briefly introduces critical thinking and constructivist learning theory which is the basic theory of instructional reflection. And the author gives definition of "instructional reflection ", "the ability of instructional reflection" and "Practice of Mathematics Education Normal Students".In the research design section, firstly, the author analyzes the differences between"instructional reflection"and"instructional reflection of normal student". Then the author lists the factors which affects instructional reflection and the evaluation standards of instructional reflection of normal student. At last, the author builds a strategic framework for instructional reflection training and gives a brief explanation of this framework.In application section, the author gives the details of the implementation of four phases: preliminary investigation, platform structures, training and specific training platform implementation. The author evaluates the results of blog, talk and summary by Content Analysis Method. Thereafter the author makes some improvements of the strategy framework of instructional reflection training.At the end of the thesis, the author makes a summary of the study first and then puts forward some suggestions for further study based on its novelty and limitations.
