Faced with the challenges of the reform of education informationization, teachers'training is one of the effective ways to promote teaching abilities. Nowadays different kinds of training provide great support for teachers'professional development. It is a critical part of the overall plan of Pudong education informationization to strengthen teachers'online training and make full use of the effects of the Internet on teachers'professional development. It is also a new pattern and thinking of cultivating teachers'ability of applying education informationization in the new situation.Based on several teachers'online training and teaching research activities in different regions and the studying of five experimental schools belonging to Pudong DS Eduation Office, this study summarizes and analyzes the organization, supervision and assessment of online training and teaching research, and briefly sum up three patterns of training and teaching research: face-to-face instruction combined with teaching practice after training; mixed training combined with teaching practice while learning; online training combined with teaching practice while learning.Research has found that teachers'ability of using teaching technology remains to be improved. Sustainable research system needs to be set up to provide teachers with chances to have online training and research activities of teaching technology so that teachers are able to further their ability of applying teaching technology in their teaching. If so, there should be systematic lay-out about the organization, and the support from school leaders and researchers is strongly needed to provide lasting follow-up service. At the same time, it is recommended to build up teachers'learning organizations, which is an important factor in safeguarding the sustainability. Several other effective training strategies are also recommended.The writer holds the view that the training of teachers'using teaching technology is not"once-for-all"work. Instead, different ways should be cultivated to provide long-time support for teachers who are receiving training and who will meet with different problems in their future teaching. If this sustainable system is set up, the whole process of teachers'learning, recognizing and applying of teaching technology will be developed. This kind of follow-up service can be achieved through two aspects. One is supporting service of teachers and the other is service of net information. Special attention, however, should be paid to the diversity of both information and function. Besides, training on their initial conception should be made to strongly support the different needs of teachers.
