With the rapid development of the information age, basic education reform is in increasing, information technology courses produce a corresponding change and development, as the main carrier of the course information technology materials is evolving with the times, thus, the requirements for information technology teacher are also changing, the information technology materials, as a carrier and an important bridge between teachers and students connect teaching activities, Teachers must adapt to the development of teaching materials and have the appropriate professional capacity to grasp the core of courses to effective teaching, So the evolution of information technology materials changing for teachers’ ability have a major impact.How to enhance teachers’ ability to adapt to the requires information technology courses is worth to study and attention. therefore, this paper attempts to find some effective ways to improve the capacity of information technology teachers through study information technology materials evolution affect the ability of teachers.In this article, the author uesd the literature research, comparative study, interview etc to depth analysis Guizhou Education Publishing House in different periods of information technology textbooks. Trying to understand the new requirements affect different periods information technology ability of teachers. Meanwhile, in-depth investigations of teachers and students, so that the result is more reliable. According to the analysis results and the interviews record in third chapter, give the way to improve the ability of information technology teachers.Chapter5:Summary and outlook, which analyzes the innovation and inadequacies of this study, and points out the future research.
