The Research On Current Usage Of Public Gymnasiums Of "Chang-Zhu-Tan Economic Zone"Metropolis Circle And Corresponding Countermeasures Of The Development

"Chang-Zhu-Tan Economic Zone"metropolis circle is one of the most important metropolis circles, with its important role in the whole province,owning 1/5 population and 1/7 earth of Hunan province, it give 1/3 GDP of the whole province, and its fast development drew great attention domestically and abroad. Based on all-round analysis of the current gymnasium resources of"Chang-Zhu-Tan Economic Zone", the author analyses existing problems,rationize the mind of resource combination and good usage,aims to reconstruct separated resource function and space structures of"Chang-Zhu-Tan Economic Zone",put forth effect to construct the city modern P.E functional regions with a leading role. This thesis is hoped to be actually helpful to the construction of"Two-oriented sociality",to the development of"3+5"metropolis of Hunan province,to new breaks of the three cities'P.E industry and promote the sustainable development. The main studying results include:The gymnasium industry of"Chang-Zhu-Tan Economic Zone"metropolis circle has formed the scope of middle Changsha leading Zhuzhou and Xiangtan as its two swings, which is a high level developing position. In these current years, in order to hold domestic advanced integrated competition, the gymnasiums has been renovated and rebuilt, which are the symbol constructions of the cities and played active roles in promoting the appearance of the cities and development of related industries.The gymnasium resources of"Chang-Zhu-Tan Economic Zone"metropolis circle is not averagely parted——public gymnasium resources of Zhuzhou is relatively centralized, while the resource of Changsha and Xiangtan is relatively distributed, which leads to the vacancy of supporting P.E facilities in some administration districts; Also, the resource of competition and non-sporting actions is rear; besides, the design of inner constructing structures and the out forms is not reasonable,the service products inside the gyms are not accurately positioned, exploitation of the intangible assets is not fully valued, with no marking and operating ways, it can not be ensured that the gymnasium industry be developed long rationally and sustainably.On the basis of all-round construction layout of city public gyms, the government should build respectively supporting public body-building centers. Meanwhile, the public gymnasiums of the"Chang-Zhu-Tan Economic Zone"metropolis circle should form uniform strategic alliance to promote the liaison and operations between separated item centers,get more chances to hold domestic and abroad competition; To separate the competition games between gymnasiums and promote the exposure and popularity of sponsors'in the audience and media during all kinds of sporting games as well as entertainment actions, to actively publicize the economic value of all gymnasiums in order to attract more enterprises'exploitation to the intangible assets. As the exploitation of the business exhibition,entertainment performance and physical training, all gymnasium should look for the relations with nearly local politic,economic and social environment, with suitable time and local environments, make scientific development strategies aiming different consumers'needs to sports and physical consumptions.
