Research On Demands And Supplies In Public Services Of Zhenjiang’s Public Gymnasiums

This thesis is mainly to investigate and understand current supply-demand situation of public gymnasiums and stadiums;to study the problems of supply-demand of public service of public gymnasiums and stadiums;and for the problem,Further for public service supply-demand optimization countermeasures of public gymnasiums and stadiums.This thesis mainly adopts research methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.Making research to gymnasium supply and masses demand separately.These problems are as follows: people’s diverse needs in limited public supplies,poor internal operational incentive mechanism and serious brain drain of the stadiums(difficult to offer great services),contradiction between people’s low spending power with a stadium’s basic operation,more popularity in non-sports public services.The author attributes the problems to four reasons.Firstly,gymnasiums and stadiums are government-affiliated institutions but operate in entrepreneurial way.Secondly,stadiums adopt public institutions’ financial regulations,mismatching actual operating status.Thirdly,Zhenjiang is a third-tier city and residents usually pay less attention to the importance of sports or exercise.Fourthly,people’s consumption capacity is greatly weakened by the Corona Virus Disease.So the author puts forward following conclusions: rigid supplier function of public gymnasiums,week awareness of consumption in mass sports,non-equivalence between mass demand and venue supply.And the author also gives three suggestions:to revitalize venue supply resources,to raise consumption consciousness of mass sports,and finally,to narrow the gap between venue supply and public demand.
