As internet popularization and the rapid development of network , network media has transcended the television, radio, newspapers such traditional mass media, become the most important way for college students to acquire knowledge and information, profoundly influence study, living, work and even values of college students. Network provides convenient to the students. But on the other hand, because of its virtual characteristic and neglecting supervision, leading to the good and bad information are intermingled, true and false information are resemblance, many bad even illegal speech often can be seen on the network. College students' network crime sometimes occur, thus in the network era background, it appears especially necessary and important to develop the network legal education for college students.Network legal education is an education activity existing difference and contact with the traditional legal education. Network education contains two meanings: First, it is the traditional legal education using the network media for college students'legal education. This is a kind of innovation of legal education forms. Second, requires the students to learn about relevant laws and regulations of network, standard their behavior on the network, protect their own lawful rights and interests, fight with the network crime. From this level, this is a kind of innovation of legal education contents.Therefore, this paper, aiming at these problems, on the basis of the main characteristics of network, the content and significance of the network legal education, analyzing of the performance and the reasons of students' network misconducts, and seeking countermeasures and measures.
