The Study Of Junior High School Students’ Citizen Legal Education

Junior high school students’ citizen legal education is a part of junior high school students’ civic education, which emphasizes the active role of junior high school students in the legal system construction. The goal of junior middle school students’ citizen legal education is to cultivate the citizens of junior high school students with legal consciousness, and to strengthen their positive feelings about the construction of the socialist legal system. Junior high school stage is the key period of the formation of students’ world outlook, outlook on life and values, but also the best period of the cultivation of citizens’ legal consciousness. Study of civil legal education of junior high school students, junior conducive to the citizens of their own all-round development of students, for junior high school students in legal education to carry out, effectively support the civic education in school, lay a solid basis of the main body for the smooth construction of the country under the rule of law.At present, there are some problems in the legal education of junior middle school students. Students generally lack of legal knowledge, awareness of the rights is relatively weak, the phenomenon of cognitive and behavioral disconnection highlights. Parents in the junior middle school students of legal education in the process of participation degree is generally low, school legal education system is not perfect, lack of professional teachers, unreasonable curriculum, teaching content needs to be improved, the single teaching mode are an important reason of the citizen’s legal system education of junior high school students.Junior high school students of civil legal education should be aimed at the existing problems, combined with the current educational practice, from two aspects of family and school improvement. To establish a linkage mechanism between schools and parents, through the interaction of school and parents to improve the legal awareness of parents, family education has become an important force in the legal education of junior high school students. Schools from the system construction, the building of the contingent of teachers, the curriculum, the content of teaching materials improved, flexibility of diversified education and campus culture construction of legal education becomes a systematic project and to prevent fragmentation of education leads to legal education becomes a mere formality.
