| With the rapid development of computer communications and international technology, online teaching has become increasingly popular. Especially in the era that the concept of life-long learning deeply rooted in human'heart, online education build a good platform for social service personnel continue to learn. Online teaching as an important component of online education, plays an important role in the online education, the online discussion and answering platform as the supplement of the online teaching, continues to play a pivotal role. But in the current online teaching, the using of the online discussion and answering platform is not satisfactory, the online discussion and answering platform which is in order to promote teacher-student interaction does not play its due role, teachers and students use this platform to interact in the low level, this not only resulted in waste of educational resources, but also has an impact on the quality of online teaching. Based on this, I think improve the using effect of the online discussion and answering platform is a practical and significant research question.Firstly, explicit connotation and research value of barren online teaching, make online education and game theory as theoretical base. Through analysising the online resources of online education website, using questionnaires survey the teachers and students, through analysising the data, it found that in the online teaching process, the online discussion and answering platform was failed to help the interactions between teachers and students, the main problems are:on the one hand, some teachers did not personally access to counseling, communication, answer, but looking for students to instead, there exited teachers' "absence" phenomenon; on the other hand, some students did not participate in online interactions in specified time, timely some students were forced online, but did not participate in online interactions, there exited students' "truancy" phenomenon, the barren phenomenon of online teaching made the online teaching non-existent, and it was contrary to the original intention of online education.Secondly, the paper makes game theory as analytical tool, and teacher-student interaction behavior in online teaching as study objects, theoretically and practically analysis the teachers and students'gaming behavior through the process of teaching making the teachers and students'gain maximize as the goal, considering a variety of factors which affect the interactions, building a game model of teacher-student interactive behavior, so that teachers and students can make a analysis and judgment contrary to interaction model and make rational behavior decisions.Again, through studying the barren phenomenon of online teaching and basing on game theory, it found that main reasons which caused barren online teaching are:low autonomy of individual students and individual interaction between the students makes students' "truancy" phenomenon in the online teaching; online curriculum resources' hierarchical upload are poor makes students'dependence to teachers decrease, so that the online interaction counseling exist in name only; teachers'teaching energy are not input fully so that some teachers in online teaching exits a "non-attendance" phenomenon, these factors seriously affect the interactions between teachers and students.Finally, based on examining the status of online teaching from the perspective of game theory, through innovatively designing the online teaching system; adjusting the management system of online teaching and presentation of learning materials; strengthening self-restraint of the subjects of online education; optimizing relationship of teachers and students in online teaching; improving the ability of interaction between teachers and students in online teaching and so on strategies to optimize teachers and students'interactive beheveior, eliminate the barren phenomenon in the online teaching, improve the teaching quality, and ultimately achieve the goal of online education. |
