By the current school system in our country, each stage of learning tasks and the pressure between teachers and students are different. In the process of teaching in colleges and universities, the teachers in the colleges and universities face the double pressures of scientific research and teaching, and students mainly face the employment pressure. Because the two sides do not match the target, their behavior choice will affect each other. So the relationship between teachers and students is bidirectional principal-agent. The process of college teaching process is divided into "teaching" and "learning" process. In the teaching process, the school is the supporter of the students’interest, so it performs the supervision of teachers instead. So school is the principal, teacher is the agent; in the process of learning, teacher is the principal, student is the agent. In the teaching process, as there is information asymmetry between school and teacher, and the school and teacher are pursuing their own expected utility maximization, its benefit target inconsistency led to the teacher’s moral hazard, such as teachers has the tendency to be lazy. So the school is going to design an incentive mechanism, the teacher can realize his own expected utility maximization under the condition of maximizing the expected utility of the school, makes the target of the consistent, so as to avoid the happening of teachers’ moral hazard. In the process of learning, teacher is the principal, student is the agent. As modern college students, the existence of serious moral risk, such as skipping classes, affiliations, etc. College teachers usually by supervision and to suppress student’s moral hazard occur, such as class attendance, test scores and performance at ordinary times, etc. At first, this paper using the theory of principal-agent analysis principal-agent model of university teachers and students as the agent respectively, and analysis how to motivate teachers and students. Secondly, based on the knowledge of game theory, this paper analysis the tendency of cooperation between teachers and students in colleges and universities, as the information asymmetry, the teachers and students cooperation, each side expected his own utility is the largest, that is to say their total revenue is greater under the cooperation than they don’t cooperation. Finally, the factors of affect the relationship between teachers and students have a variety of through the analysis, such as spiritual pursuit on both sides, and these factors is not reflected in the model, it remains to be further research. By inhibiting the moral hazard of the teachers and students, encouraging college teachers to work hard and study hard for the college students, so as to improve the teaching efficiency, achieve the goal of education.
