This paper is based on the academic critical thinking students should have literacy. through the use of literature, depth interviews, and comparative analysis, analysis of the current critical thinking of graduate academic status quo,that weakening position and specific performance, and in-depth analysis of graduate student academic main reason for the weaking of crifical thingking appears,on the basis of the reasons trying to investigate the remodeling strategy.The text of the content is divided into five parts, the first part of the content include:main reason of subject,meaningof subject,and research important idea,research techniques and research innovation and so on. the second part of the content emphasis on postgraduate who have well critical thinking, from independence. the main question, the problem, innovative thinking. the third part for analynize the reality question of postgraduate students academic critical thinking,From independent personality lost, questioning weak, the lack of problem awareness and innovation ability. the fourth part of the content emphasis on cause of postgraduate critical thinking weak. Mainly from the macroscopic and microcosmic aspects of analysis, to contain the macro aspects of industrial culture,academid discipline bound, the traditional "dignity",china traditional influence and lack of knowledge of academic critical thinking;micro mainly college students lack academic thinking and academic graduate academic critical thinking behind, the fifth part of the content emphasis hou to re-structure academic critical thinking of graduate students.mainly focus the accumulation of knowledge to perfect knowledge structure, to improve their own learning,attention to the academic curriculum of critical thinking, critical thinking playing a guidingrole of academic mentor,to enhance the academic theory of critical thinking,creat a strong atmosphere of academic criticism and strict customs graduate thesis.
