What sort of people to foster and how to foster have been the root issues of the development of socialism we have to cope with. In the era of global economy, the summit innovative talents are our country’s important strategic resource, more than that, the actual reflect of the core competitiveness of the whole nation. China’s secondary industry has accounted for more than 50% of the total national economy,which is in a significant stage when a big industrial country transits to an industrial empire. During this period, the need for people who have a technical background,including someone who can take pre-research, development level; someone who can fulfill pragmatic engineering projects; someone who can manipulate various engineering equipments and apparatuses, is soaring. Most importantly, as one of the top education stages, postgraduate education has shouldered the demanding responsibility of seeking the innovative talents.Graduate students are the main force and fresh troop of China’s scientific research, who shoulder the historical responsibility of creating innovative country and promoting the development of social economy. However, with the rapid expansion of graduate students, the increasing number of their own problems exposed and the non-stop changing of nurturing patterns, multifarious academic anomie occurred on a daily basis nowadays. Both academic and moral bounds have been broken again and again; thereby no longer we can neglect the impact they have on the education of postgraduate students. This article illustrates the concepts of academic anomie and academic morality based on the research of postgraduate academic anomie. During this study, it focuses on combining theoretical knowledge and practical skills, provides the analysis of the causes of academic anomie and offers suggestions on the solution to existing problems.The first part is the introduction. First, it explains the research background and meaning of research from an overall picture. Then, it offers the theoretical basis and valuable experience for the next stage of academic anomie research via studying related concepts and documents from domestic and abroad.Secondly, according to the questionnaire on 400 postgraduate students in H University, most of them comply with the academic morality, while there are academic misconducts among some of them. The main manifestations can besummarized to: a lack of understanding of academic standards; misconducts in the study process, research projects, thesis writing and publication and evaluation of academic achievements.The third section focuses on analyzing the courses of academic anomie phenomenon through four aspects, postgraduate students themselves, academic system, education experience and social environment.Finally, the section provides specific advices on relevant academic anomie. To solve the academic anomie, the key point is to provide conducive environments of post graduation education and scientific research; then persuade students to reshape the perception of academic morality through systematic and detailed academic morality education; after that, by optimizing the academic system and environment thereby stabilizing the achievement of academic morality, infuse the postgraduate’s thought, emotion and action with the pragmatic and self-innovative scientific spirit.In this way, we can ensure the quality of postgraduate education.
