Mathematics is an important part in pre-school education, and it will affect children's development in the future in some way. As the research on children's school readiness is a hot point in resent years, people pay much attention to the research on children's school readiness of mathematics. The research investigates real state of children's school readiness of mathematics by testing children, talking with teachers, kindergartens directors and patriarchs.The research is based on quality and quantity approaches, regarding 540 children in 36 public pre-schools as the study sample. The research studies children's condition of grasping mathematics knowledge from number, quantity, the relation of number and quantity, geometrical shape and space, several respects. At the same time six teachers and three pre-school directors and six patriarchs conduct interviews to collect information to understand the current status of mathematics school-readiness.Through the study to preschools in Mian Yang, NanChong, ZiGong, three districts found that it is exist some differences in children's school readiness of mathematics: there is a higher correlation between economic development and children school readiness, because children's mathematics school-readiness in Mian Yang district is better than others; it is a big divergence between city children and county chilfren,the level of mathematics'school-readiness of preschools in the town and country are lower; the level of mathematics'school-readiness of preschools runned by enterprise is lower, but runned by government is higher; and provincial example preschool is better than others.I analyze the influence elements from the teacher's own subject knowledge in mathematics pre-school, directors'supporting about the mathematics'teaching, the patriarch's participation, the superior departments'support and supervision in kindergartens teaching, several aspects and so on. And on this basis, the research raises advances and strategies:pre-school teachers should change their ideas and improve their own teaching ability in mathematics; kindergartens directors should strengthen support in mathematics'teaching; the parents should change their concepts on family education; the higher administrative should increase investment in education.
