With the rapid development of information technology, we have entered into the informational and knowledgeable society. In this process, learning formats and learning methods have been changed in different degrees, and informal learning has been paid more and more attention. According to a survey,80% of knowledge we gain comes from informal learning, other 20% from formal learning. So, informal learning is very important. However, the relevant research, especially on the informal learning of college student is still in it fancy. Due to this, my research is focuses on this aspect. How is informal leaning of college students at present? How to make informal learning of college students become betters? This article has a survey about informal learning of college students, and analysis its problems. Then I present an idea that we can construct an informal learning community based on Web2.0 environment which can promote informal learning of college students and prove it true. After that, I construct a theoretical model on informal learning community of college students. Based on this, I design and construct an informal learning community based on Web2.0 environment and make a small scale test.The thesis is constituted of seven chapters. Chapter one, the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, research situation, research significance, research value and approach to the study; Chapter two, theoretical basis, defines the related concepts and reviews the relevant theories; Chapter three requirement investigation, surveys and interviews the current situation of informal learning of college students, and statistics and data analysis, summarizes the problems of informal learning of college students, then presents an idea that we can construct an informal learning community based on Web2.0 environment which can promote informal learning of college students; Chapter four,the feasibility analysis, discusses Web2.0 and informal web-based learning community have an important role in informal learning, which proves that an informal learning community based on Web2.0 can promote informal leaning; Chapter five, model constructing. after the feasibility research and data analysis, constructs a theoretical model on informal learning community of college students based on relevant theories and principles:Chapter six, community design and build, designs an informal learning community based on Web2.0 environment for college students, and achieves it;Chapter seven, summary, summarizes the model constructing on the thesis, community and the whole thesis, and puts forward the next stage of research work..
