With the acceleration of urbanization in china, there are a large number of rural migrant workers swimming into cities, penetrating into every corner of the city. It is said that the whole nation has more than 140 million migrant workers who work outside far from home for long-term at present, especially those young men, and their children mostly stay at the stage of compulsory education, this results in lots of left-behind students. According to the data of all-China women federation, there are 21.72% children under the age of 17 in the whole nation that belong to the left-behind students, at the same time, the rate of left-behind students in countryside enjoys as high as 28.29%. There are around 58 million left-behind children in the countryside, including those 40 million ones under the age of 14. These populous provinces like Sichuan have more than 1 million left-behind children. In recent years, the deviances of left-behind students have become more and more serious. If we don't take more care of their deviant behavior, without doubt, it will affect the quality of the next generation, destroy the construction of the harmonious society, and hinder the economy development. Therefore, this study takes the deviant behavior of left-behind students as research contents.On the basis of numerous relative literature, this study takes certain typical C school in the city of Jian Yang in Sichuan province as an example, making the integrated use of literature investigation, interview method, case analysis, and combining the anomie theory, labeling theory, socialization theory, social control theory and so on, doing research on the influent factors of deviant behavior. This study will analyse these factors from four aspects:family, school, government and community. The research has made the following conclusion:First, the atmosphere and structure of the family, parents' cultural quality and education concepts, and the income of the family all will make large influence for left-behind students' socialization, inducing their deviant behavior.Second, the running conditions of the school, such as teaching place, personnel allocation and teachers' ethics, cultural quality, instruction modes, teaching concepts, affecting these left-behind students produce deviant behavior.Third, the disperse of management authority of the government and the personnel insufficiency will arouse the deviant behavior of the left-behind students.Forth, the surrounding environment of community and the entertainment media will place direct influence on the left-behind students.This study will think how to prevent the left-behind students from deviant behavior as well.
