With the release of the policy in different places, migrant school children students can participate in the test in different places, but the test results are not satisfactory, their score is not enough to enter the local high school. The result of this result is due to migrant children school students are inseparable from the deviation behavior. This paper analyzes the causes of deviation behavior of migrant children's school students through literature analysis, participation observation and interview.Migrant school children students can be divided into three types of deviation behavior, the first category is about learning, resulting in this bias because of their learning environment and learning atmosphere, migrant school students often agree that "reading useless" concept, That they can not achieve upward mobility through education, so they will hold in the learning attitude does not matter, leading to academic burnout, lead to deviant behavior. The second category of deviation behavior is about their daily behavior, is by the "limelight" and conspicuous consumption composition, migrant children school students from the acquaintance society to the stranger society. In the city they will be separated from the original family and friends, so they want to get around people's attention, they will cover up to leave people around the ideal of the impression, but they are often left behind the idealized impression of reverse. The third category of deviation behavior mainly refers to the fight fights and swearing of these more serious deviation behavior, migrant children school students in the campus believes in the "big fist is the last word," the law of the jungle, with the campus of the ecological environment. In response to this jungle law, different students tend to take different actions to protect themselves.Secondly, the educational ecology is improved through the "social-school-family" three-party linkage. Finally, the author analyzes the educational ecology of the migrant school children by the following three aspects:first, perfecting the institutional arrangement and educational resources equalization;, The introduction of "school social workers", through professional social work to guide the correct development of students of migrant school children.
