The new generation of migrant workers accounted for more than60%of thenumber of peasant-workers, and the serious deviant behavior has become the hiddendanger for city security. How to control and improve the deviant behavior of the newgeneration of migrant workers, to promote the new generation of migrant workers tointegrate into the society better, is essential to explore the influencing factors ofdeviant behavior. Though an objective analysis, from both sociology and economicperspective, it explains the external reason of the deviant behavior, while the socialpsychology can reveal the inner psychological mechanisms of it. The identity theoryprovides an effective conceptual framework of the deviant behavior. This study, from a psychological perspective, changed the previous researchers’single method of social surveys and interviews, and used the implicit association testmethod (SC-IAT) to combine with questionnaire survey method to in-depth study theimplicit and explicit deviation behavior characteristics of280new generation ofmigrant workers. At the same time, the study also explored the differences of differentidentity types of the new generation of migrant workers on both implicit and explicitdeviant behavior, and the influences of consistency relationship between implicit andexplicit identity to implicit and explicit deviant behavior. The main conclusions are asfollows:(1)The new generation of migrant workers has significant differences in genderand marital status in explicit deviant.Male migrant workers take actions more seriousthan the female in explicit deviant behavior;Unmarried migrant workers take actionsmore serious than the married in explicit deviant behavior;(2)The new generation of migrant workers has significant differences in the levelof education in implicit deviant behavior. The new generation of migrant workers withlower secondary education or less takes actions more serious than those withsecondary education and junior college education in implicit deviant behavior;(3)The new generation of migrant workers in different types of identity hassignificant differences in explicit deviant, undisciplined, and unmoral behavior.Fromthe aspect of totality, the new generation of migrant workers whose implicit measures prefer to the city and explicit answers tend to the village(for short: CV), and whoseimplicit measures prefer to the village and explicit answers tend to the city(for short:VC) take actions more serious than the migrant workers whose implicit measuresprefer to the village and explicit answers tend to the village(for short: VV);From theaspect of undisciplined behavior, CV and VC take actions more serious than VV; CVand VC take actions more serious than the migrant workers whose implicit measuresprefer to the city and explicit answers tend to the city(for short: CC);From the aspectof unmoral behavior, CV and VC take actions more serious than VV;(4)The new generation of migrant workers whose identity of implicit isconsistent with explicit and those whose identity of implicit is inconsistent withexplicit has significant differences in explicit deviant, undisciplined, unmoral, andoffencing costum behavior. From the aspect of totality, the new generation of migrantworkers whose identity of implicit is inconsistent with explicit take actions moreserious than those whose identity of implicit is consistent with explicit; From theaspect of undisciplined behavior, the new generation of migrant workers whoseidentity of implicit is inconsistent with explicit take actions more serious than thosewhose identity of implicit is consistent with explicit; From the aspect of unmoralbehavior, the new generation of migrant workers whose identity of implicit isinconsistent with explicit take actions more serious than those whose identity ofimplicit is consistent with explicit; From the aspect of offencing costum behavior, thenew generation of migrant workers whose identity of implicit is inconsistent withexplicit take actions more serious than those whose identity of implicit is consistentwith explicit;(5)The new generation of migrant workers in different types of identity hassignificant differences in implicit deviant.VC takes actions more serious than VV inimplicit deviant behavior;(6)The new generation of migrant workers whose identity of implicit isconsistent with explicit and those whose identity of implicit is inconsistent withexplicit has significant differences in implicit deviant. The new generation of migrantworkers whose identity of implicit is inconsistent with explicit take actions moreserious than those whose identity of implicit is consistent with explicit;...
