Research On University Students' Network Misbehaviors And Its Solution

Undoubtedly, the generation of the internet is the most brilliant science and technological invent in the twentieth century. It is global network which interconnect with computers all over the world. With the rapid development of the internet, it become more and more deeply and closely into all parts of the people's lives, and spread into every corner of our society. Internet has a profound impact on many things in the society lives. As the contemporary university students, who have active thinking and accept and adapt to new things quickly, has already become the main users of the internet. With the gradually building of the Campus Network, the internet penetration rate in campus has been increasing in the recent years and the proportion of online students has been already more than 90%. The mystery of the network has receded. It is becoming an indispensable tool in university students'daily life. Network has been deep into the students'learning life, entertainment life and other fields. Now it is the most important platform for students studying, understanding the world, exchanging the feelings, entertainment and so on. Network has got stronger and stronger influence on the students' moral concepts, value orientation, political attitudes, behaviors and other aspects. Now people are paying more and more attention and accept the role of the network.However, all the progress of the society accompanied with the problem. The emergence of the network doesn't only bring people well-being, but also many things which we can't predict and plan that the existing mechanism of regulation and constraint is unable to cope with. The openness, virtuality and diversity of the internet increase the difficulty of management of the network and weaken the people's traditional values and moral responsibility. Internet doesn't only facilitate people's life, but also with the negative influence. University students who are curious, impulsive and not self-discipline can't stand up to the temptation from the illegal and unhealthy information in the network. The number of network misbehaviors is increasing constantly, while the content of the misbehaviors is expanding continuously. Now the phenomenon indicates that the university students'network misbehaviors have already become common. The negative influences of these behaviors are continuously expanding. The university students'network misbehaviors have raised widespread concern of sociology and become a difficult problem to be addressed.The research on the university students'network misbehaviors has practical significance of improving the network behavior and clean network environment. And also it throws some new light on the research of Social anomie and moral theory. Based on sorting and analyzing the research of former network misbehaviors, this thesis has defined the network misbehaviors from the aspects of social anomie and government administration, with the support of sociology theory. In combination of the characteristic of university students'growth and the characteristic of computer network, this thesis has given arrangement and discussion in details, and then analyzes the reasons of the new misbehaviors'happen based on the classification of university students'network misbehaviors. Network has subtle influence on the manner of people's association and the moral standard, in this background, some thought of the government administration is put forward aimed at the negative effects of network misbehaviors.
