In the 21st century, higher education has entered into a large-scale development times. The development of higher education in a country directly affects the country's political, economic, cultural and other aspects of development and relates to the survival of a nation. Therefore, the development of higher education has become a national priority for the development of links. In recent years, China's economic system reform has achieved great success. In the rapid economic development throughout China, higher education management system reveals a series of problems in a number of areas. This not only become a pressing problem which government departments have to solve urgently, but also become our burden on the shoulders of educators. To sovle these problems is the bounden obligation that every educator must responsible to. At present, in the higher education field, the level of American higher education has been its leading position. Although its higher education system is unusually large, it can operate efficiently and orderly. this is inseparable with its unique educational management. Understanding its education management system will give China's educational management system some help.This paper is to study : the United States government, the university council and the accreditation agency for educational system impact and the unity of opposites relations between them. In this paper, I will call the unity of opposites relations between them as the "tri- power". This study could help recognize that the United States contribute to the management of the government's higher education guidance functions, the Council decision-making authority and supervision of the accreditation agency, the way how to have an impact on the U.S. education management system, how to...
